Named for the Copalli personality who serves it to guests at the Copal Tree Lodge.
- 2 oz Copalli White Rum
- 1 oz passion fruit juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake. Strain your cocktail into a coupe glass and garnish with a wedge of lime.
