Featured Cocktail: Pomegranate Daiquiri

Nothing says romance like a cocktail for two!

Ingredients:

3 oz Copalli Barrel Rested Rum

1 ½ oz Pama liqueur

1 oz lime juice

½ oz honey syrup

4 oz soda water

Clap mint to release oils. Combine mint with Copalli Rum, Pama, lime juice and honey syrup. Mix and Muddle. Top with Soda water and strain into chilled coup glasses. Garnish each with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge. Makes 2!
