Raise a Glass to Dad!

Just in time for drinks with Dad, there is nothing ‘old’ about our take on this classic bourbon cocktail.

Copalli Old Fashioned

• 2 oz Copalli Barrel Rested Rum
• 1 tsp simple syrup 
• 2 dashes angostura bitters
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• Garnish: orange twist and cocktail cherries

Combine rum, simple syrup and bitters. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into an ice filled glass. Garnish with an orange twist and a few cocktail cherries.
