Infusions are all the rage, and summer is the ideal time to use local produce to create your own special concoction. All you need is a mason jar, some fruit, berries, herbs or spices, and of course your favorite Copalli Rum.  We like:  

  • Barrel Rested with orange slices, cloves and cinnamon sticks
  • White Rum with mangoes and jalapeno slices
  • Cacao with mixed berries and cherries
