Historic Climate Change Bill Passed in US Senate

Finally? Progress? We’re not one to talk politics, but we have to give a cautious thumbs up to the legislation which passed the US Congress earlier this month. 

This legislation represents a breakthru in US Climate Policy and is poised to inject hundreds of billions of dollars into green industries and kick decarbonization efforts into high gear. This is progress deeply needed if we are to meet the goal of cutting global warming emissions in half by the end of the decade, which scientists say is the level we need to achieve to minimize ongoing risks from catastropic heat waves, wildfires, floods and droughts.
