Rum lovers, do we have the place for you! Swizzle Rum Bar & Drinkery in Miami’s South Beach is an intimate speakeasy that offers craft cocktail lovers a sophisticated cocktail menu and a selection of more than 150 rums.
The bar features cozy indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio area by the pool. The decor boasts photos highlighting the history of rum that feels like you are in a museum, and the bartenders give tours!
Our favorite on the cocktail menu has to be the El Pescador Cobbler – a blend of Copalli Rum and sherry shaken with fresh raspberries, honey, lavender fresh lime juice and dashes of Angostura Bitters. Save us a seat!
