But, with the approach of fall, the team at Bamboo Hut, a neighborhood tiki bar on San Francisco’s iconic Broadway corridor decided to shake things up. They wanted a tiki appropriate version (wonder why?), tried Copalli Cacao and the Belize Express was born.

This delicious sip combines Copalli Cacao with Kahlua, Baileys Irish Cream and draft latte.
